  • The Clinic & Studio is fitted with infra-red yoga panels that keep the spaces snuggly warm & climate controlled in winter and a split system that keeps us cool in Summer.

  • The studio is powered during the day by solar panels on it’s roof to help reduce our carbon footprint.

  • The sustainability of mother Earth is of the utmost importance to us and is reflected in all the products we use and organic food & beverages we dispense.

  • The Manduka yoga mats provided are latex free and closed cell, which means they’re hygienic and do not absorb sweat.

  • We provide all natural hair and body products in the bathroom

  • the water filter features an ‘unmatched in class 15 stages of sterilising, filtration & activation which turns ordinary tap water into great tasting, alkalised, energised, magnetised and ionised mineral water.

  • The towels and linen are washed in hypo-allergenic washing liquid and air-dried in summer/ fluffy folded in winter.
