You can integrate body-weight training with resistance training at your gym, or train from home with simple aparatus like a pull-up bar, roman rings and some dumbbells.

TRAINING PRICES & MODELS
IN PERSON MODEL
$95 per 1 hour training session (@ gym or studio)
Includes:

Free 20 minute consult in person/ via phone to discuss your objectives and goals

15 minute assessment of movement patterns (squat, hip hinge, Shoulder & Hip ROM)

Coaching & training in person every session

Stretching program to do on your own time
ONLINE COACHING MODEL
$95 per week /8 weeks minimum ($760 total= $500 upfront payment/ $260 owing week 4)
INCLUDES:

Free app that you download with your weekly training program laid out for you to follow (ie. 2-3 days training @20-60 minute sessions)

Weekly 12 minute check-in via phone/ zoom to see how you are progressing and discuss any road blocks you have.

12 week offer (@$88 per week = $1056) $500 upfront payment/ $356 owing week 4/ 200 owing week 8

NB: failure to make future payments in allotted weeks, forfeits training.
