  3.  Online training using a dedicated phone App with weekly-fortnightly check-ins and accountability.

  • Fitness should be fun and playful and develop new skill

  • Fitness should also be about you being motivated and staying consistent

  • These and many more aspects are part of what I teach you during your coaching and training sessions.

  • You can integrate body-weight training with resistance training at your gym, or train from home with simple aparatus like a pull-up bar, roman rings and some dumbbells.

TRAINING PRICES & MODELS

IN PERSON MODEL

$95 per 1 hour training session (@ gym or studio)

Includes:

  • Free 20 minute consult in person/ via phone to discuss your objectives and goals

  • 15 minute assessment of movement patterns (squat, hip hinge, Shoulder & Hip ROM)

  • Coaching & training in person every session

  • Stretching program to do on your own time

ONLINE COACHING MODEL

$95 per week /8 weeks minimum ($760 total= $500 upfront payment/ $260 owing week 4)

INCLUDES:

  • Free 20 minute consult in person/ via phone to discuss your objectives and goals

  • 15 minute assessment of movement patterns (squat, hip hinge, Shoulder & Hip ROM)

  • Free app that you download with your weekly training program laid out for you to follow (ie. 2-3 days training  @20-60 minute sessions)

  • Weekly 12 minute check-in via phone/ zoom to see how you are progressing and discuss any road blocks you have.

  • Email support- to ask questions you may have (responded to by Monday of the next week)

  • Upload Video of your movements for coaching feedback

  • Stretching program to do on your own time

12 week offer (@$88 per week = $1056) $500 upfront payment/ $356 owing week 4/ 200 owing week 8

6 month offer (@80 per week = $2080) $500 upfront payment/ $500 owing week 5/ $500 owing week 12/ $580 owing week 18

NB: failure to make future payments in allotted weeks, forfeits training.

HYBRID MODEL – In person & App/Online

$120 per week / 4 week minimum ($480 upfront)

Includes:
