PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING

Corey trains and coaches clients using the GMB method and body weight movements.  He also teaches small group fitness circuit styled training.  To help build strength, work up a sweat and work with your fitness needs and goals.

He runs small classes in circuit training and focuses on building functional strength and some resistance training (weights)

MYOTHERAPY & REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Corey treats many clients in Remedial Massage & Myotherapy to help with any musculo-skeletal issues that present from our day to day life or activities.

It is a great balancer and modality that can help you with your Personal Training/ GMB training & soft tissue needs to get you back into your sport or day to day life should pain arise.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & MOBILITY TRAINING

Corey teaches and coaches clients in the GMB approach to ‘calasthenics styled’ training.  Building functional strength and movement control using the 4 x main locomotion moves the body can do on all 4s.  This builds a greater awareness of the body, functional strength as you move your bodies weight around and greater control of your movement as you train in this system.

YOGA & STRETCH THERAPY

Corey teachers Yin & Hatha Yoga and has done for over a decade.

Stretch Therapy is another stretch (& strenghening) modality that can help create more release of tissues and muscular blocks by using some particular contraction & relaxation responses of the body.  It is a great system to get myofascia moving and the connective tissue matrix realigning, whilst building in strength at your furtherest point of stretch.
